Saint Mary's Cathedral, Bridge Street, Limerick, Ireland V94 E068A

Event Description

Event overview

A concert of good quality music, tasty wine and wonderful people, hosted in a great location as Saint Mary's Cathedral, is what any person needs from time to time, anyone who wants to enjoy life, loves meeting new people and exploring new cultures. The " Romanian Rhapsody" concert was a mix of traditional, classical and ritual music accompanied by live visuals just perfect for the whole family, where everyone, be it children, teens, parents and grandparents will be filled with positive energy from the music, excellent Romanian wine and traditional snacks, completed by the presence of wonderful people of the Limerick community.

The concert organised by the Romanian Embassy in Dublin with the support of the Romanian community from Limerick was a great opportunity for the whole  local community to explore Romanian culture through music, live visuals, food and wine tastings. The music and live visuals  were  the "food" for the souls  of the participants. It was a unique experience for the Limerick community as this type of events are not very often organised and the fact that the tickets were sold out with a few days before the event proved the uniqueness of the  event that we, as a community hope to see more of them.

I have no doubt that the entire audience had a great evening. The end of the concert was followed by a short photo session with the artists, our guests and organisers, including HE Mrs. Manuela Breazu, Ambassador of Romania.

I recommend to everyone a concert of this kind, which guarantees great moments in the present and for the past, when transformed into memories.
